For a portion made in a small bowl, you use these components and eat from the same bowl.
— 150-200 g of cooked tuna or chicken crushed or sliced.
— Crude broccoli, thinly cut. Using just the thin outside branches of the flowers.
• Cut tomato or paprika finely sliced.
— Cut onion finely sliced.
— You’re taking too many of the vegetables that the bowl’s filled.
— A bit of garlic sliced.
— 2 olive oil teaspoons.
— If you want a little vinegar.
— Any of your cayenne, ginger or other spices. Be mindful of the very good taste of Cayenne.
— Some salt if not already salted in the tuna or chicken.
The tuna is first put in the bowl and the spices and the garlic are mixed. Cut the vegetables and combine with the spiced tuna. In olive oil and vinegar, eventually you mix.
You may of course combine items such as cheese and feta into other vegetables, fruits or other. You should know that cheese and feta are fat. Together with chicken, these two ingredients are best. Some sliced orange or crude blueberries give the salad a sweet and cool taste and the taste of the other ingredients is perfectly combined.
You may use plain water or juice without adding sugar as a drink in the salad. In order to prevent too much sugar, mix the concentrated juice with water. This salad suits grape juice especially well.
Any supermarket can purchase cooked tuna or chicken. But, of course, you can prepare some of it yourself and put it in the freezer to make plenty of salads.
You get proteins, vitamins, minerals, good fat from this salad. But some carbohydrates are also required. You should eat any whole-corn sliced bread to the salad. Smear the bread with some olive oil to make it fluffy. A soft little bread is also delicious. Some cooked beans, peas or maize may also be eaten in the salad. Don’t add these ingredients in the salad, just place them next to the salad in the same tub.
